Digital tools for recurring office work in skilled-trade businesses.

Starting problem: Requests, quotes, documentation and company knowledge sit in separate channels and systems.
Solution principle: One coherent tool line connects these tasks with existing operations. Kollege KI is its knowledge module for search and chat across internal documents.
My contribution: Product concept, process and system architecture, interfaces, modules and integrations.
Current status: A working capability line with demos and modules – not an off-the-shelf product.

Find relevant company signals and prioritise them transparently.

Starting problem: Signals for target accounts, markets and partners are public but scattered across sources.
Solution principle: Public company signals are combined, assessed and turned into reasoned priorities.
My contribution: Research logic, scoring model, data architecture, reporting and delivery.
Current status: A working capability proof and adaptable architecture – not a finished standard SaaS.

Messy enquiries become reviewable quote drafts.

Starting problem: Enquiries arrive as emails with drawings or informal text – turning them into a quote costs hours of searching past orders and days until it goes out.
Solution principle: Requirements are extracted from enquiry and attachment, matched against your own past orders and produced as a reviewable draft – as a document or email and, where the system allows, straight into the CRM or ERP. Approval stays with a person.
My contribution: Process architecture, extraction and matching logic, integration with existing systems.
Current status: A showcase with an interactive demo – the underlying architecture runs in production at a manufacturer.
