01 · Operational office work in skilled trades

Werklinie

Digital helpers for work that gets stuck between the job site and the office.

Werklinie is a pilot workshop for clearly defined tasks in skilled-trade businesses. It complements existing software where information stalls, knowledge is hard to find or work is duplicated.

Before

Requests, notes and knowledge in separate channels

After

Small, usable workflows for specific tasks

What is already visible

A business problem becomes tangible as a working process.

01

Organise requests

Incoming information is captured, structured and prepared for the next step.

02

Prepare quotes

Spoken or written information becomes a reviewable draft.

03

Use company knowledge

Internal documents become searchable and answers remain linked to sources.

What I contribute

From the business question to a built system.

  1. 01

    Clarify the business question

  2. 02

    Connect data and systems

  3. 03

    Build a controlled workflow

I connect process discovery, product decisions, interfaces, data paths and technical delivery. The result is not an isolated experiment but a small tool designed to fit existing operations.

Maturity and next validation

Evidence and hypothesis remain separate.

Several modules are built and live-testable. Werklinie is not a finished standard product. A clearly scoped pilot with a real business must establish which task genuinely works in daily use.

Three problem spaces. One way of working.

The projects demonstrate different sides of the same capability: understand a business situation, choose a useful solution, build it and integrate it into existing operations.

Where does work get stuck between job site and office?

We select one specific workflow and test whether a small digital helper makes more sense than another large system.
